Kudos on Back Order, Already!

I tried to tell y'all! Our products are so great, we can't even keep them on the shelves for 24 hours!

We love that so many of you are highlighting and contouring your way to stunningly sculpted faces with the Sculpting Trio! And as you may have already seen, the palettes are so popular that they are on backorder. No worries, because we have more on the way! 

This Customer Kudos is planned to be restocked by the end of May or early June, so we’ve created a more exact, shareable graphic that shows the restock date for each shade in each country.

How long will the May Customer Kudos be on backorder?

Orders for the Sculpting Trio Customer Kudos will be accepted for all of May. If order volume exceeds our incoming re-stock inventory, we may eventually have to set certain shades of the Sculpting Trio to out-of-stock and completely unorderable. At this time, however, we believe we have enough incoming inventory to continue selling the product. We will keep you all informed and will notify you immediately should this situation change.

If the Sculpting Trio I order is on backorder, will the free Contour Brush and instructions sheet also be delayed and shipped later? 

Any backordered Sculpting Trio shades that are purchased before May 11 will have their accompanying free Contour Brush and instructions sheet shipped immediately. After May 11, these accompanying items will be held and shipped along with your Sculpting Trio palette(s).
